Thank you for shopping with Guitar Goddess! This policy provides information about shipping for physical products and access to digital products purchased through GuitarGoddessTV.com.
Physical Product Shipping
We currently ship physical products within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes vary depending on the type of product ordered.
Guitar Goddess Signature Comfort Wave
The Guitar Goddess Signature Comfort Wave is a full-size guitar and has special shipping requirements due to its size and weight.
Contiguous United States:
Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Alaska & Hawaii:
A $35 shipping fee applies to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Current Guitar Pre-Order
The Guitar Goddess Signature Comfort Wave is currently offered as a pre-order.
The current pre-order is expected to arrive between October 22–27, 2026. Because these guitars are being shipped as a coordinated production shipment, orders placed during this pre-order period will be fulfilled together.
The October 22–27 delivery window is an estimate and may be subject to changes outside of Guitar Goddess's control, including manufacturing, freight, or carrier delays.
The estimated delivery timeframe is displayed on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.
In-Stock Guitars
Once the Guitar Goddess Signature Comfort Wave is in stock and available for regular purchase, orders generally require approximately 3–5 business days for processing and shipment.
In-stock guitars are shipped via standard ground shipping.
After your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Guitar Accessories & Other Physical Products
Shipping rates for smaller physical products, such as guitar picks, capos, and other accessories, may differ from the shipping rates for full-size guitars.
Shipping costs and applicable delivery information for these products will be clearly displayed on the product page and/or at checkout before you complete your purchase.
The $35 Alaska/Hawaii shipping fee described above applies specifically to the Guitar Goddess Signature Comfort Wave and does not automatically apply to smaller accessories.
Shipping rates for accessories will be updated as new physical products become available.
Shipping Delays
Guitar Goddess is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, manufacturing delays, freight delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to communicate relevant updates to affected customers.

Digital Products & Online Courses
Guitar Goddess also offers digital guitar courses and educational products. Digital products do not require physical shipping.

How Digital Product Access Works
After purchasing a digital course or product, you will receive an email confirmation for your purchase.
To access your digital content:

Log in to GuitarGoddessTV.com using the username and password you created when purchasing.

Navigate to the Course Login page.

Select the course or digital product you purchased.

Your purchased digital content will be available through your account.
Digital products are delivered electronically through your Guitar Goddess account and are not physically shipped.
